Oh my god, if we would have had any more fun in Austria last week, we probably would not be alive to tell you about it! Actually: I'm still shaking, but... we lived, and I'll tell you all about it on this site real soon, but first we have to finish the second leg of this tour: playing in Holland with Slave called Shiver, which no doubt is gonna be a lot of fun as well! So I'll have to keep you posted on all the fun, the dirt and monkeybusiness on a later time. So do come back, now.

Yes it's all true! Clayborn is preparing to conquer Europe! This blitzkrieg will go down in history as the «Drop The Leash Tour 2007». Together with Viennas finest Slave Called Shiver, we will wreak havoc on several stages throughout Austria and Holland. Check our agenda to keep you posted on things to come....

Clayborn will now play on thursday the 26th, 21h00 at the trendsetting Langweiligkeit Festival in The Hague.

We will arrange tickets and a bus from Rotterdam and back for the fans willing to come and party with us at De Zwarte Cross!!! Send us an email with your name and number and for €17,50 we've got you covered!

If you all scream really loud, (that means louder than the fans of the other bands on the same stage) we will have a chance to play on the main stage that same night, right before headliners Within Temptation!!!

Due to my computer really letting me down lately things have sort of quieted down, but we're still here. Playing a lot of the fantastic summer festivals in our little country this summer. We had a blast in our hometown at the Metropolis festival last month and we're really gonna party with the crazy people at De Zwarte Cross. Roughly translated it means three days of music, motorcycles and beer. And they do have quite the reputation. It seems they use more beer then anywhere else in Europe. (They don't actually drink it all, though.) Cheers!

Last week we performed our 100th gig and we had a blast, back in our hometown of Rotterdam. Some guys even drove 7 hours all the way from Germany to come party with us on this historic occassion. Respect to you guys, hope to return the honours sometime real soon, because we would love to do some gigs overthere too! (so spread the word at your local venues, maybe we can put together somekind of tour on our way to Berlin this year)

But first there was the prestigious Playfestival in Hasselt, Belgium, boasting lots of Belgian and international talents. It was our first gig outside of the Netherlands and what can we say, man? It definitely wetted our appetites. So see y'all soon!

De Popunie is an organisation promoting local bands. Every year they release a CD, pushing talent around one central theme or genre. This years theme is «Women».

Seeing as our own Crazy Jane is all woman and more, we well qualified for a spot on this years double CD, called «Heartbreakers & Ass Shakers». So check it out and remember to push repeat when our song «Hey!!!» comes along.

The official world premiere of our video for «The Mission» will be at the Rotterdam International Film Festival. It will be part of a compilation of short films, made in Rotterdam by filmmakers from Rotterdam called «Rotterdam Perspective». It will be shown at noon sharp, wednesday january 31st at Lantaren/het Venster.

A big hug goes out to the director, Stef Brok, for making this beautiful piece of cinematography a reality and slapping us onto the big screen.

As we rather look ahead than in the past, and chiefly because Clayborns webmaster is just one lazy bastard, some of the old news will no longer be available to the foreign part of our audience. Last weekend we finished shooting the video for our song The Mission. It took us blood sweat and tears, but judging by the first results it might just have been worth it all. The raw footage looks absolutely awesome!

We would like to thank the crew for making it all happen for us. And also Dommelsch brewery for their contribution filling the huge gap in our budget.

But most of all we want to give a huge shoutout to aal the people that came out to support us and star in the video. You guys rock!!! See you on MTV!!!
